From scrap to spec‑grade granules.

SP Plast turns verified plastic waste into PP, PPCP, HDPE and engineering granules that run the same way, batch after batch. Lab-tested in-house, packed in 25 kg bags, supplied by the tonne.

From waste to value, in six controlled steps

Every step removes uncertainty. Testing confirms the input, washing improves purity, and controlled extrusion restores performance.

  1. I

    Waste collection

Scrap sourced from verified industrial and post-use streams, weighed and logged by lot at the gate.

  2. II

    Testing, washing, shredding

Each lot is checked for polymer type and contamination, hot-washed, then shredded into clean flakes.

  3. III

    Sorting

Flakes separated by grade, colour and usability so nothing off-spec reaches the extruder.

  4. IV

    Processing

Melted, degassed and melt-filtered to remove impurities and stabilise performance.

  5. V

    Pelletising

Strands cut into uniform 3–4 mm granules, cooled, dried and tested for melt flow and moisture.

  6. VI

    Ready to reuse

Bagged with batch number and certificate of analysis, ready for your moulding or extrusion line.

The result is a granule with a known melt flow, a known colour and a known history. Fewer adjustments on your machine, fewer rejects on your floor.

Inside the plant

From baled input to bagged output, the same lot number follows the material through every stage.

Collected plastic bottles sorted for recycling
Verified inputPost-industrial and sorted post-consumer streams, checked at the gate
Baled blue and white plastic ready for processing
Sorted and baledSeparated by polymer and colour before washing
Stacked white sacks of granules with blue labels
Bagged and labelled25 kg sacks with batch number, palletised for dispatch

Tested before it leaves the plant

Recycled does not have to mean unpredictable. Every batch is checked against the properties a virgin resin datasheet would list, and the results travel with the bags.

In-house lab, every batch

Melt flow, density, ash, moisture and impact are measured on each production lot before it is cleared for packing. You receive the certificate with the consignment.

Batch numbers on every bag

Each 25 kg bag carries grade, colour, batch and net weight, so a moulding issue can be traced back to a lot within minutes.

Consistency you can plan around

Recipes are locked per customer, so the second order runs like the first.

Before you ask for a quote

The questions most buyers ask on their first call, answered up front.

One tonne per grade. Mixed loads across grades and colours are fine, and regular monthly programmes can be scheduled with reserved capacity.

25 kg woven sacks with a PE liner, palletised on request. Jumbo bags of 500 to 1,000 kg are available for bulk consumers.

Yes. Sample kits of 2 to 5 kg per grade ship within three working days, with the lab certificate for that batch. Tick the sample option in the quote form.

Send a moulded part, a colour chip or a Pantone reference. We match it, agree a tolerance with you, and lock the recipe to your account so repeat orders stay consistent.

Ex-works from Gujarat or delivered by transporter across India. First orders are against advance; credit terms are reviewed after a few consignments.

Within one working day, and usually the same day for standard grades. Colour-matched or custom compounds may take two to three days while we run a trial.

    Talk to a materials advisor

Send a moulded part, a datasheet or just a target melt flow. We'll suggest the closest grade and ship a sample.
